Your Account Manager will provide ongoing Consultancy to ensure you are getting the best from the system, and are well informed on new developments.

The training provided as part of the system implementation will enable you to train new starters. For your convenience we also run regular New User and Advanced User training at the company's offices in Sutton Coldfield. To discuss and arrange training call our Helpdesk on 0121 308 9610.

We also hold customer forums/workshops around the country approximately every 6 months and arrange Council specific user groups as required.
