Reports and Management Information

CallConfirmLive! features a comprehensive range of over 90 standard management information and financial reports developed over the last 10 years to satisfy customer reporting requirements. Bespoke reports can also be written to meet specific requirements.

Standard and bespoke reports can be run instantly at any time or scheduled to be run automatically in batches at regular intervals such as every night, daily, weekly or monthly using the CallConfirmLive! report scheduling tool. All queries, standard and bespoke reports can be output to screen and / or e-mailed with password protection to the system user as an electronic file which can then be printed and / or used for further analysis.
