CLI Answered Monitoring
CallConfirmLive! offers unique
flexibility by providing a comprehensive range of data capture
options suitable for lone workers who make regular visits to a
number of premises.
Answered Monitoring records events in real time and can also be
used where the Care Worker needs to retrospectively log other
activities, such as Shopping trips, visits to day centres etc that
do not take place at the Service User's home.
How it works
To log arrival at their visit the Care Worker dials a standard
0800 number which is immediately answered and the Care Worker is
prompted via the system's voicemail menu to enter their unique ID
number, and where required the Service User's ID number. The
process is repeated when logging out. If required visit feedback
information can also be captured by following the voicemail
instructions.
Answered monitoring can offer some cost advantages over
Unanswered monitoring but it is more complex and time consuming for
Care Workers to use.
