CallConfirmLive! offers unique flexibility by providing a comprehensive range of data capture options suitable for lone workers who make regular visits to a number of premises.

Box 10 allows care workers to record visit details in real time via free-to-text message, removing the need for a landline telephone, yet providing validation that care is delivered in the Service User's home.

How it works

A small box is placed in the Service User's home - usually with their care plan file. The box has an 8 digit reading (updated every 5 minutes) which denotes the location of the box along with the current date and time. When the Care Worker arrives and departs from the visit they send an SMS message from their mobile device to a free-to-text number which records the start and end time. All data is uploaded in real-time into the CallConfirmLive! system.
