CallConfirmLive! Data Capture

By working in partnership with our customers, CallConfirmLive! has been developed to feature a comprehensive range of data capture options. The majority of CM2000's customers capture visit data uing an unanswered telephone call (featuring CM2000's Patented, AURA technology) made from the Service Users landline telephone / mobile telephone or through making an 'answered ring-back' call from any telephone. In all cases the system ensures the Service User does not incure any telephone call charges. CM2000 also provides Box 10, mobile phone and RFID tag, smartbox and Digital Pen based data capture or any combination of these options in order to fully meet the needs of customers.
