We know our customers rely on our systems to support them 24/7 which is why we have been awarded the new BS25999 standard for Business Continuity. The BS25999 standard is designed to keep business going during the most challenging and unexpected circumstances and provides the reassurance Councils and Care Providers require from their monitoring supplier.

Data security is of paramount importance to us and we are accredited to the IO27001 (formerly BS7799) data security standard. CM2000 is also registered as a Data Controller under Registration number: Z7034273.

CM2000's operations have achieved the BS EN ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Standard.
