CM2000 was established in April 1999 in
response to the growing need for improved methods of monitoring the
delivery of homecare services to some of the most vulnerable
members of the community.
Our vision is to maintain our leading provider status of
electronic homecare monitoring and management systems in the UK,
tailoring innovative solutions to the needs of Councils and
Independent Providers. Since inception CM2000 has monitored in
excess of 150 million calls (this figure is rising by almost a
million calls a week), and currently has over 49,726 Care
Workers and 77,082 Service Users utilising the system. In
recognition of the success of CallConfirmLive! CM2000 are holders
of the prestigious Queens Award for Enterprise in the Innovation
category.
CM2000 is committed to providing a service second to none and to
this end employs PRINCE II qualified Project Management
Practitioners to manage system implementation, dedicated Helpdesk
staff and a highly qualified team of systems analysts and
developers.
Based in Sutton Coldfield in the West Midlands, CM2000 is
ideally located to service the needs of Council and
Independent Home Care Providers throughout the UK. CM2000 is
ISO9001 certified and BS7799 accredited and is working towards
Investors in People accreditation. CM2000 offers a comprehensive
support and helpdesk facility, together with full backup facilities
to provide total peace of mind for customers.
