31 August 2016 / Categories: News Scottish User Group Success Almost 50 delegates from 11 Health and Social Care Partnerships across Scotland came to participate in our latest Scottish User Group at the Holiday Inn, Glasgow Airport. In a day that produced lots of lively and informative discussion and debate, the CM2000 team kicked things off by giving an overview of the product roadmap- what’s new, what’s coming up and when they’ll be available. It was a great opportunity for attendees to preview new enhancements to our scheduling solution - due for release in October – which our Scottish User Group had direct input into. An update on our next generation optimisation tool was very positively received - with pilots at two Scottish Health and Social Care Partnerships to start within the next few months. Delegates discussed the benefits of being able to generate an ‘optimised’ schedule of care; from identifying untapped service capacity to being able to quickly reduce costs, without compromising quality. There was a great deal of discussion around current challenges, and the CM2000 team showcased how CM2000 solutions could be applied to key areas of integrated health and social care: the InForm Assessment Tool for collecting Service User information to support care planning and review; the Commissioner’s Portal for more informed commissioning and our Outcomes Assessment Platform for ‘in the field’ data gathering around Service User Outcomes, which can be shared with everyone involved in their care. Brian and the Team would like to thank everyone who took the time to come along and look forward to the next one in the New Year!
